When will I receive my images?

We aim to have your entire gallery completed and delivered to you within 4-6 weeks after your wedding. I will always let my clients know if the photos will be delayed due to sickness or travel. I do send a small selection of images 1-3 days after your wedding as a ‘sneak peak’ for you to upload to social media and share with friends and family members.

How many photos will I receive?

I usually estimate between 50-70 per hour. So for an 8 hour package, you can expect between 400 - 600 images (on average).

For portraits (couples and family) you can expect 70-100 images for an hour shoot.

Can I have access to all the unedited images?

This will always be a strong no. The majority of my time actually goes into selecting and editing the images I deliver. I shoot multiple shots of the same frame, and I simply get rid of any images that are unfocused or has someone with their eyes closed. I choose the best shot from each and every frame. I will then usually do a black and white edit of the same frame and deliver both. I do not cap my deliverable images at a certain number. You get every single shot that turned out well!

What are your rates?

Please contact me for my prices. Wedding packages start from $2,750 for 8 hours of coverage.

Do you travel for weddings?

Yes! I definitely do travel, in fact, I welcome it! I love the fact that I get to explore the world with my couples. Travel within the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Toowoomba, Gold Coast and Byron Bay are included in the packages and prices. For any weddings further away, I just require my travel expenses to be covered.

How long do you stay at weddings for?

I have three wedding packages:

  • 8 hours coverage

  • 10 hours coverage

  • 12 hours coverage

However, I can create custom quotes if you require less coverage and you are also able to add on additional hours to the packages as well if none of these suit.

Do you do albums?

Yes I do. Please contact me for further information on my albums and pricing.

Do you work alone?

Yes, the prices of the packages only accomodate one photographer (me). However, there is an option to add a second shooter to your wedding package for an additional fee if your wedding day needs it.

Why should we have a second shooter at our wedding?

Second shooters allow me to be in two places at once! It’s their job to capture any moments I miss such as candid guest interactions and mingling, groom prep if he is too far away for me to get to within the timeline and reception set up. They are also great for capturing a different angle of the big moments (first kiss, walking down the aisle and sparkler exits). They also allow me to spend more one on one time with the two of you, knowing that someone else is covering all the guests.

If you book a second shooter, you can usually also expect a higher number of delivered photos (more cameras, more photos).

How long do we need for the portraits / location photos?

I always try and allow for at least 1 hour of shooting time. This does not include any travel time to and from different locations. I like to work with my couples on their run sheet and make sure we have allowed enough time for portraits, as well as ensuring that it is timed perfectly with the sun. We want that prime ‘golden hour’ time that usually hits 1-2 hours before sunset.

What other photography services do you offer?

Currently, I offer family portraits, newborn, maternity, couples, engagements and product photography / content for select brands.

Do I receive high resolution images?

Yes, you receive a high-res gallery as well as a lower-res gallery (perfect for social media).

Can I put the images on Facebook and Instagram?

Definitely! Share those images with as many people as you like! The only thing I ask is that you do not edit the photos in any way (e.g Instagram filters). I have put a lot of time into those images and ensured that the colours are all correct and cohesive with my style.

It would be like getting a beautiful plate of pasta made for you at a fancy restaurant and then covering it in BBQ sauce!

Don’t forget to tag me in the images! I’d love to see them all!

Can I give my other suppliers copies of the photos?

If your suppliers are requesting a copy of your gallery, please send them my contact details and I can share the images with them directly. I do like to work directly with other vendors, to ensure the images are being used appropriately.
